Before you check-in

CHECK-IN WINDOW: After 4:00 PM
PROPERTY ADDRESS: GPS Address: 808 Weirs Blvd Laconia NH 03246. Look for the "Lakeshore Luxury Living" sign.
DOOR CODE(S): Please check your email for door codes. All codes are only active during your stay and will be disabled after your check-out date/time.
PARKING: 4 dedicated parking spots are available for this unit. Please park in spaces numbered 1, 2, 3, and 4.
NO ONSITE TRAILER PARKING. OPTIONS AVAILABLE OFFSITE. PLEASE REACH OUT TO THE PROPERTY MANAGER FOR MORE INFO ON OFFSITE TRAILERS OR EXTRA CAR PARKING

During your stay

Fireplaces: All fireplaces are fueled by gas and are operated using a remote or thermostat.
- Unit 9: The fireplace is controlled by the thermostat located near the bar area. Increase the temperature to turn the fireplace on
- Unit 10: Look for the remote on the top of the fireplaces next to the TV
Recommended thermostat temperature settings between 68°F and 72°F
Please turn off the lights and fans when you leave
No lifeguard on duty
No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes
No events, parties, or large gatherings
Pets are allowed for a fee. See listing details for more info
Quiet hours: 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Community amenities are subject to limited use. These amenities are shared among 2 listings. Please be considerate of other guests and limit the use as posted below:
- Hot tub: Max usage 30 min per soak
- Swimming pool (Seasonal): Max. continuous usage 2 hours
- Game room: Max. continuous usage 3 hours
- Kayaks (Seasonal): Max. continuous usage 3 hours
Exterior security cameras: Your safety matters. This property features a doorbell device with an exterior security camera facing the front outdoor entry. There are 5 additional exterior security cameras: 1 camera is located on the front of the property facing the parking lot, 1 camera is located on the left side facing the walkway, 1 camera is on the right side facing the walkway, and 2 cameras are located on the rear of the property facing the lake. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras actively record video when motion is detected by the device or when the video doorbell button is pressed

Check-out instructions

CHECK-OUT TIME: 10:00 AM
Place used dishes in the dishwasher and run it
Pile up used towels and linens on the floor in the living room
Double-check for personal items
Close all windows and shut all doors
Turn off all lights
If using heat, set it to 68°. If using A/C, turn it off
Notify the host of departure
